This week, I picked up my CSA bag a few days early. The schedule had been updated to mesh with Thanksgiving package pickups. I won’t get another bag until Dec. 8, so there will likely be freezer raiding and additional purchases to supplement. This bag is light on the meat / cheeses / center-of-the-plate type stuff, but I’m pretty excited that it includes several of holiday baking ingredients. Time to make Christmas cookies! …
